February 10, 2026 Agenda
Call Meeting to Order
Executive Session
Action Suggested Financial Sweep program
- Alliance Operating: $904,794.67
- Alliance Reserve: $1,203,137.09
- To ensure compliance with FDIC insurance threshold guidelines, our accounting team recommends linking both accounts to Alliance Bank’s Insured Cash Sweep (ICS) Program. Under this program, the Board can establish a target peg balance to remain in the Operating and Reserve accounts at all times, with any excess funds automatically swept into FDIC-insured financial institutions. This structure helps ensure the Association’s funds remain fully protected while maintaining liquidity and accessibility.
- HOA’s may only invest in CD’s or Money Market Accounts.
